Sorry, we don’t offer exchanges! If there is significant damage to your order or if your product is faulty, please contact us at hello@hue.co.id, and we will help you resolve the issue.
If your order appears to be damaged, please record a video while opening the package as proof. If the contents are ruined, we’ll be happy to replace the order for you! Make sure to capture a full 360-degree view during the unboxing. The video is necessary for damage claims, so please ensure it is filmed in clear lighting.
If you’d like to edit your order or cancel it, please email us within 12 hours of placing the order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Send us an email at hello@hue.co.id with your order number.
All delivery times are subject to the delivery destination, once you've placed an order you’ll receive an email from our courier company regarding your tracking number and estimated delivery date and time! If you haven’t received this email, please check your spam/junk folder or email us at hello@hue.co.id!
We are happy to refund or exchange any unopened, undamaged and unexpired contact lenses up to 30 days from the date that the lenses have been delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on made to order lenses and we cannot accept lenses that are returned in an unsaleable condition. Sale-able condition means that the lenses are unopened, sealed and unexpired, the products must be in their original product packaging and the hygiene seals must be untouched.
We would recommend that International returns be sent using a tracked postal service or by using a tracked courier service, the transportation cost for international returns must be paid by the customer.
